He managed all insurance aspects of Grace's asbestos and environmental insurance coverage litigation and personally negotiated over $1 billion of insurance settlements. In addition, Mr. Posner served as Chairman of the Board of Grace's captive insurance company. Mr. Posner's background also includes seven years in the insurance industry working for two major insurance companies as a claims supervisor and in other claims capacities. He also spent two years working for one of the leading insurance brokers in the world.
